Course Description
This course is designed to provide physicians and healthcare professionals with the knowledge to enhance effective communication with patients across multiple platforms, including the electronic health record, text messaging, patient portals, and social media. Join us as we review actual medical malpractice case studies that address the inherent risks such as miscommunication impacting patient care and the potential consequences of noncompliance with regulatory requirements.

for digital communication within the healthcare system and with patients. - Evaluate and mitigate the risks of traditional and digital communication tools used in the delivery of care.
- Apply risk reduction strategies to reduce potential patient harm
